How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made-to-order: 1–2 business days for ready designs, 2–4 days for personalized embroidery, 3–5 days for custom 3D designs — plus 2–5 days transit time.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — free any time before production starts. After production starts, a labor + materials fee applies (we'll quote before confirming).

How do I track my order?
A tracking number hits your email as soon as the carrier picks up your package.

Products

Will the embroidery fade or peel?
Never — thread is stitched directly into the fabric (not iron-on). 3D artwork is raised ink: it can chip only if ironed directly, washed hot, or machine-dried aggressively. Care instructions ship with every order.

What's the fabric?
100% pre-washed cotton on every garment — soft from day one and pre-shrunk, so it won't shrink after you wash it.

Are these safe for kids?
Yes — no harmful dyes, flat smooth stitches, breathable fabric. Kid-safe by design.

Sizing

How do I pick my size?
Check our Size Charts — measures are taken flat, in inches. T-shirt runs true to size; hoodies have a relaxed fit.

Chose the wrong size?
We'll exchange if stock allows — two-way shipping and any price difference apply. See our Refund Policy.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards — all handled by Shopify's secure checkout.

Is my payment info safe?
100%. Elmer never sees your card details — Shopify handles the entire payment and stores nothing on our side.

Returns

What if my item arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours — free replacement or 100% refund.

What if I just don't love it?
Personalized items approved before production aren't returnable for change of mind, but standard items can be returned within 7 days if unworn with tags attached. Two-way shipping applies.
