Every Elmer piece is made by our own hands, in our own workshop — that lets us promise things mass producers can't.

What We Guarantee

• Real embroidery, built to last: 8,000–25,000 stitches per design, premium color-fast cotton thread, backed — thread never peels, never irons off, ever.
• 3D artwork that keeps its shape: raised prints cured and inspected. Cracks, peels or blurs within the first 7 days (before you wash it) — we replace it 100%, no questions.
• 100% pre-washed cotton: soft from the first wear and already shrunk — it won't shrink on you.
• Kid-safe materials: no harmful dyes, flat smooth stitches, breathable fabric — safe for sensitive skin.
• Design-to-door accuracy: what you approved is what arrives — wrong design, size or color is our cost to fix, both ways.

If Something's Not Right

Production defects, wrong items or transit damage are handled priority-first: report within 48 hours with photos/video, and we replace or refund 100% — return shipping on us. Full details in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Small Things That Aren't Defects

Embroidery is human work: a 1–3 mm stitch placement difference here and there, or a slight thread-shade shift between batches, is the fingerprint of the craft — not a flaw. It's what tells handmade apart from factory-run.
