The 5 Stages of Your Order

2. 🎨 In production — 1–5 business days depending on the piece (ready designs faster, personalization a little longer). For personalized orders, this is when we email you a mockup to approve.
3. 📦 Packed — embroidered flat, 3D artwork bubble-wrapped, care card inside.
4. 🚚 Shipped — tracking number emailed + texted the moment the carrier scans it.
5. 📬 Delivered — inspect on arrival; any issue, we're one message away.

Timeline at a Glance

• Ready-to-ship design: ships in 1–2 business days
• Personalized embroidery: ships in 2–4 business days
• Custom 3D design: ships in 3–5 business days
• Transit: 2–5 business days US domestic

Where's My Order?

Open your shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link — it updates live with the carrier. Can't find the email? Check spam first, then contact us with your order number and we'll send it right over.
